Restaurante Tatau

Great evening. Modern interior with many tattoo, movie and old Skool toy references. The food was delicate, refined and at times with a surprising but very tasty twist. Very friendly staff and an open kitchen with the higher tables gives a relaxed atmosphere. Prices are also very reasonable for a Michelin star restaurant. Nothing exactly mind-blowing in the experience but overall an incredibly tasty menu and a very pleasant evening to remember Huesca by. Would definitely recommend. Maybe a little bit more aimed at a younger clientele (at heart )

Wonderful experience, since the starters until the coffee. This restaurant "1 star Michelin" and "1 sol" is amazing. 68 € the Menu with marvellous dishes, very exquisite. We chose 2 glass of wines, very tasty. Unforgettable apetizer, meat, desserts. Just one drawback about the pumpkin with the meat, too much peppery. But its just a little detail. The service is immaculate. Fav restaurant in Huesca !

Huesca was in the middle of our drive from Barcelona to our destination up north. Since the restaurant is located in the old-town it was a bit challenging to get there by car but the restaurant staff assisted us in finding a close-by parking. We had an amazing experience in this restaurant. They had 2 tasting menu options to choose from. Almost every dish looked and tasted amazing. The restaurant has a unique and wonderful style which adds to the great food experience. If you are in Huesca or near by, don't skip this one.

In a word, impeccable. We were gift a dinner here for the our wedding. Everything was perfect. Such a unique experience and so so cool. So much food you pretty much have to roll out of there afterwards but every bite was exquisite. You feel like you're getting on a movie set with all the quirky memorabilia and awesome art. We loved all of it. Make sure you come here with your special someone to celebrate the best this region and Spain has to offer. Tatau puts Huesca on the map.

Absolutely outstanding. One of the finest meals of our entire trip throughout Spain. Chef Tonino and his wonderful partner Arantxa have crafted something entirely unique and very special. ‘Tapas’ does not do it justice, but the exemplary food is certainly inspired by this wonderful Spanish tradition. The platings are generous, and sing with complex and rich flavours. Arantxa was the kindest hostess and the bottle of wine she carefully selected for us was introduced with passion and depth of knowledge. It was also a really superb wine - local winemaker, small production, elegant and finessed. We will remember this wonderful experience for a long time - thank you, team Tatau!

Back in 2015 I had the chance to eat some tapas in this extraordinary restaurant and will surely go back to enjoy a whole set of dishes in the future. Super recommended. As far as I know it was the only one tapas bar with a Michelin star in the whole country and truely deserved it.

Wow! Tatau is an amazing restaurant - impeccable service, incredible food and great ambiance. Adiente(sp?) recommended an outstanding wine. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend.

Innovative tasting menue of top notch level, attentive and impeccable service, cool design and nice atmosphere. I have enjoyed the experience a lot! Worth every penny, in my opinion.
